Chillin with Liz....

Okay so the time has come and gone...another great visit with Liz......things just don't change with her and I am glad......we had a great day of chatting by the pool while the kids swam and played games.....there were a few near drowning incidents....but we managed to stay dry....and the kids survived the visit...LOL.......we talked about the year and what she is doing......trying to finish her master's at Georgia U....but the distraction of good weather, tennis, golf and beer keep her from her studies....we talked how she has to come back to canada in 5 years when their visa is up...they have to reapply and stay in canada for a year before they can return to the US for another 7 years...and the process repeats itself....she loves her close knit little town where people drive golf carts to the local shopping centre and come out to all the local school football games...everyone knows each other and church is big....her oldest son is 9 and built like a brickhouse....the first week of school...the football coach insisted he join the team.....he has now played football for the past 2 years for his school...football is like a religion in the US...and the hype of the games are so well orchestrated with cheerleaders and bands...( these kids are 9 remember...!!) ...anyways I was sad to say goodbye to her but glad that facebook keeps us in touch........well ...tomorrow's plans are a dual birthday party for the 2 youngest kids ..can you imagine both kids at the same party...like that is ever going to happen again...Michael from Katie's class and Britney from Jamie's class are having their party on the same day ( their siblings)....and the mom being a stay at home mom of 3 knew better...and figured to avoid 2 parties...invite both grades to combine the party and get it over with.......LOL...I will try to help out and stay for the party since I look after 17 of those kids on a weekly basis during the school year...so my Mrs. K hat will be back on for tomorrow......should be fun.........can't wait....
