Jamie tossed and turned most of last night in anticipation of today...the first day of GRADE 3...he got down on the floor a few times praying to GOD that he would be with MATT and CHRISTOPHER in MRS. FRASER's class before finally falling asleep.......you see MATT is his best friend and get this...MRS. F....is MATT's mom...how cool is that to have your best friend's mom as your teacher......and Justin this morning was giving him the talk and warning him that things may not turn out as expected........and you know what?.....they weren't...the twist....Jamie is in MRS.F's class but only with CHRISTOPHER...it seems that the principal didn't want MATT being taught by his mom...some conflict issue I guess...so Jamie was a little bummed out.....and so was MATT...MATT was standing in the line waiting to go into Mrs. Nicol's class and said to me...." MY MOM TOOK ALL MY BEST FRIENDS".....how do you respond to that?...its a weird conservation to say the least..poor kid...I really felt for him....anyways by the end of the day....and time to pick up Jamie...all was good...MATT and JAMIE caught up at recess and realized that they can still be best friends even if they are in different classes.....
